Is It Too Late For You?

If you are putting off a decision to repent and receive Jesus Christ as your Savior, you are gambling with your eternal soul. You may think you have plenty of time to commit your life to Jesus Christ but your life could end tomorrow.

One second after you die it will be too late but as long as you are still breathing, you have a chance to be saved. God loves you and wants to help you.

The Power of Giving Thanks

Are People In Hell Now?

Some pastors teach that there is no one in hell right now. They believe that the people who die rejecting Jesus Christ as Savior will soul sleep until the Great White Throne Judgment Day. It will be at that time they will be cast into the lake of fire.

Only the second part of that statement is true. People will be cast into the lake of fire at the Judgment. However, the people who die without repenting and receiving Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, will go immediately to the current hell, called Hades. The Bible is abundantly clear on this issue.

Dad’s Graduation To Heaven

In this special, personal episode, Annette shares about the recent loss of her father. She and Bill also give us insight into the grieving process, and how we view death as believers.

We must remember that death is merely a change of address. Grief is normal for a season...but can be destructive if get stuck there and refuse to let God heal our hearts.

We will each live on this earth only a short time compared to eternity. How we respond to life’s difficulties will either draw us closer to God, or cause us to become bitter if we lose our eternal perspective.

Is There A Council Of Gods?

Did God create a race of beings that are not angels, but are lessor gods to rule the earth? Is this group of lessor gods God’s counselors, and also part of His family? This belief in lessor gods is based on the scripture verse in Psalm 82:1-7. 

To be clear ...there are no gods beside the one and only God of the Bible. There are only angels and humans that have been created. God’s family consists of only those who have repented and received Jesus Christ the Son of God, Lord and Savior.

What Is Spiritual Warfare?

Christians are always engaged in spiritual warfare but it’s not what most people think. It does not involve pulling down strongholds over entire cities, or fighting large worldwide battles. It’s a personal fight of faith, and a battle that goes on in our own minds.

We need to recognize that we have an enemy. Too many Christians are not aware of this fact. Therefore, there is no resistance of the devil. There are demonic spirits watching us to find an entrance into our lives to harm and destroy us.

Can I Still Be Saved?

Do you feel like you have dabbled in too many evil things, or sinned too much to ever approach God? Maybe you believe you are a lost cause, and you could never clean yourself up enough to become a Christian or be in a church. Well, you're right. You could never clean yourself up enough to come to God on your own merit. None of us could.

What Does God Think Of Sin?

Because society in general has watered down a sinful lifestyle, even celebrating some kinds of sin, we tend to think that God doesn't deal harshly with sin. This is not the case.

God hates all sin, and even hates what the sinner has become. Yes, you read that correctly. God hates who the sinner has become. God loves every person, and proved it by dying on the cross for all but remember that God is also holy. Unlike the world, God has no tolerance for sin.

Will I Go To Heaven?

The answer to that question is most likely no. You won’t. That may seem surprisingly harsh but look at what Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14:  "Many are on the wide road that leads to hell, and few are on the narrow road that leads to heaven."

Heaven is not your default destination. There needs to be a purposeful act on your part. Mentally assenting to the fact that Jesus is God is not enough. Unless you have asked forgiveness for your sins, and received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you won’t be going to heaven.

Jesus said He is the only way to heaven. Each of us must know exactly how to get on that narrow road He described.
