Saved At The Last Moment

It doesn't seem fair that a person could lead a wicked life, never change their ways, and keep on sinning right up until their last breath. Why should they be allowed to repent, receive Jesus as their Savior, and go to heaven within moments of their death?  Many people feel strongly that they deserve to go to hell because they haven't put in the work to get to heaven.

The truth is, we all deserve hell. Remember that salvation is not based on our good works. According to the Bible, we all are evil in God’s sight. It is only repentance that brings salvation, and repentance can happen at anytime for anyone.

"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." - Romans 10:9

The Men Who Wrote The Bible

Do you believe that the men who penned the Bible were uneducated fisherman? Do you perceive them as weak individuals who were passive, needing some kind of a crutch or assistance, who had accomplished very little in their lives?

Nothing could be further from the truth. Man of these writers were educated men, some of great wealth, some who held high political positions, some who were prophets of God and ministered to the kings, and some who were great military Generals.

Let's not forget that these authors of the Bible were also inspired by God Himself to write every word of the entire Bible.

Repent

What does it mean to repent? Some people believe that repentance means to change your mind about God's existence, and nothing more. That's not true. This issue is of utmost importance because if you think that salvation is simply a mental agreement that Jesus is the Son of God, you are wrong. It is not merely a change of mind about some fact.

What is repentance really? It is a change of mind and a change of heart which results in a changed life and change in your actions. It is having a desire to please God.

True repentance is a requirement for salvation, and salvation is not just a list of facts you must believe, but a Person to be obeyed.

Born In Sin

Every one of us was born in sin. When God commanded man to follow His instructions back in the Garden of Eden, He warned Adam what would happen if he disobeyed. His disobedience was sin. Adam took on a sinful nature and could not enter Heaven. 

Because of that, all mankind has a sinful nature and that sin has passed down to every person ever born. You might think it’s not fair that we all have to suffer for Adam's sin long ago but every one of us would have sinned too. Humans prove it every day with our sinful thoughts, actions, intents and attitudes.

This is why we all need a Savior. We are all doomed to die and go to hell if left on our own. Adam brought death to every man, and Jesus brought life to every man if they would receive Him and obey Him. Thank God there is a way to be forgiven, and a way to heaven.

Who Is In the Lake Of Fire?

Did you know that the Bible actually speaks of two different hells? The current hell is called Hades in the Greek and Sheol in the Hebrew. This hell is located down deep in the earth. The Lake of Fire is the future hell which Jesus called Gehenna. This hell is a place of eternal torment and eternal separation from God and all good.

How do we know hell is located deep within the earth? Do people go to hell immediately when they die? Who will ultimately end up in the the Lake of Fire?

A.I. And A New Bible

From the Christian Post, June 14th, 2023 – Israeli futurist, author predicts A.I. will soon ‘write a new Bible’

“Yuval Noah Harari, an Israeli author, professor and advisor to the influential World Economic Forum believes A.I. is not only on the brink of creating a new religious text but one that Harari asserts might actually be true.

He said, “A.I. can create new ideas. [It] can even write a new Bible." 

Harari then suggested that, despite the world’s three Abrahamic faiths comprising more than 3.8 billion people globally, A.I. might finally deliver what he purports would be a “correct” religion for the masses.

We must all consider the following:

• A.I. is not the Holy Spirit. It can not generate Holy Spirit inspired, life-transforming messages.
• Where is A.I. pulling its biblical knowledge from? In what context is it presented? Did God REALLY say that?
• Will the scripture be rightly divided as 2 Timothy 2:15 states?

We are warned in 2 Timothy 4:3-4, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth and be turned aside to fables.”

The Pain I Felt In Hell

God gave me a vision of hell that I wrote about in my book, 23 Minutes In Hell. In it, I shared that God allowed me to feel a certain level of pain during my time in hell. I knew that what I felt was only a fraction of what those condemned to hell will actually feel because God chose to block a portion from me.

People ask why God would ever allow a Christian to endure any kind of pain or torment, even in a vision. He allowed me to experience pain so that I could warn people this is not some metaphorical or allegorical pain. It is real, agonizing, never ending suffering.

The Threat of A.I.

Some of the smartest people in the world have been sounding the alarm about the dangers of A.I. Approximately one month ago in our Podcast titled “A.I. and The Beast” we spoke about how the Anti-Christ could control the population using artificial intelligence.

On a May 17, 2023 a Reuters poll stated, “More than two-thirds of Americans are concerned about the negative effects of A.I. and 61% believe it could threaten civilization.” The threat of A.I is real.

Why Would God Make A Place Like Hell?

People have a hard time understanding why a place like hell even exists. They will say that God is mean or cruel for creating such a place. Would we say that the leaders of our country are mean for constructing prisons? Of course not! It is only because of man’s stubborn will that he rejects the provision God has made for our access into heaven. God never intended for man to go to hell. Even now, He is preparing a place for us in heaven.

I Never Knew You

“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.” - Matthew 7:21-22

Who are these people? The Bible says they performed signs and wonders in Jesus name. Were they really Christians?
